304 Amelia House is a flat in a 'development' called City Island, situated in the East End of London.   It was purchased in Aug 2018 to provide Tom, my son, access to a new development where properties were available to rent through his business.   We only had about half of the finance to purchase the flat and so took a loan out from my cousin Nigel.
