Nov 97, mum buys Sealladh Carrachan, but moves into Tigh Faire.    Cost £86,000  We complete at Heath row on our first trip to Australia.

I identified the house and land after my working on the guy who owned the properties boat.  He had the house up for a sale for quite a while.  At the same time, we were selling Mill Cottage, so when I made the guy an offer, he snapped my hand off.

Dec 2004 we try to sell Sealladh Carrachan to John Godber, but it falls through as we discover a section 50 not allowing the veg shed to be separated from the main house.  A good find, as Mr Godber would have been a problem
